- Let Only Services for Landlords is the equivalent of one month rent inclusive.
- Full Management Service for Landlords is 14% monthly (inclusive) deducted from the monthly incoming rent, with £350 set up fee.
- We are members of both the Client Money Protect scheme, the Property Redress Scheme, and hold Professional Indemnity Insurance.
